SELF-ACTUALIZATION
When Trevor is presenting an interview about his 'Pay It Forward' idea, he starts to notice what he has done to the world around him and how far his little 'failed' idea has come. All of his accomplishments come clear in his head and realizes that he has changed the world.

ESTEEM
Trevor is being respectful to his classmate when he oversees him getting bullied. For safety and respect of his friend, Trevor attacks the bully and risks his life.

LOVE/BELONGING
Mr. Seminett is getting closer and closer to Trevor's mother when Trevor decides that his project can include helping his teacher and mother live better lives.

SAFETY
When Trevor oversees his classmate getting bullied, and when Trevor himself gets stabbed by a bully, it shows that the kids are bring deprived of their safety. Especially knowing that the bully brings a knife around school with him can make you feel insecure.

PHYSIOLOGICAL
For his project, Trevor decides to help a homeless man by providing him food, water, and a place to sleep. Letting the homeless man be a guest in his house.
